Last time I did that the cops and the fire dept. showed up. I guess that's what we get for doing it at the public boat launch in the middle of town (don't ask, it's a very long story).

We get at least 2-3/month on my street (not people's yards) once it gets warm. Sometimes 3+ a night.

Since I live in the gh3tto, every time someone throws a couch/stuffed chair out on the curb it gets set on fire. Quite amusing really...

We've used couches to start bonfires...as well as chairs and stools. But couches will always have a special place in my heart for burnings.
